STACY's Crock Pot Chicken
4-5 frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts 1 large can (family size) cream of chicken soup 1 small can cream of chicken soup 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1 stick salted butter
Soften cream cheese & thoroughly mix with soups. I have also used a can of cream of mushroom if I was out of cream of chicken. Put a small amount of sauce on the bottom of the crock pot. Rinse chicken breasts. (If you defrost in the microwave, you can shorten the cooking time.) Arrange chicken breasts evenly in crock pot. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken. Add slices of butter (can also use margarine, and it can be less than a full stick) to the top. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or cook on high for 1 hour and on low until chicken is done, about 6 hours.
Serve with corn tortillas or noodles.
