Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns

Because fabric is custom cut, returns are limited.

If there’s an error or a flaw in your order, please contact us within 21 days of delivery at service@fortworthfabricstudio.com — we’ll gladly help.

Return Eligibility

• Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• No restocking fee applies if the error was ours or the fabric is flawed
• No refunds after 21 days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Cut fabric (unless flawed or incorrect)
• Patterns & books (copyright restrictions)
• Kits that include a pattern
• Gift certificates
• Subscriptions (Sewscription Boxes & Sew Smart Memberships)
• Items with manufacturer warranties (please follow manufacturer instructions)

Cancellations

• Orders already cut or pulled: 20% restocking fee
• Pre-orders: 15% processing fee (minimum $5)
• Shipping protection is non-refundable

Sale Pricing

Sale prices are not retroactive. Previously placed orders cannot be adjusted for new promotions.
