Fast shipping is our thing. In-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours — many ship the same business day.

Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders

Orders that include pre-order items will ship once all items are in stock.

Need part of your order sooner? We’re happy to offer split shipping upon request. Additional shipping fees apply.

Free Shipping (U.S.)

FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

Exclusions apply: Alaska, Hawaii, quilt batting, full bolts, and drop-ship items. Shipping costs for excluded items are shown at checkout.

U.S. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $7.95 on orders under $100
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100
• Economy Shipping: Available for lightweight items. A lower-cost Patterns Only option is available for orders containing printed patterns only.
• FedEx 2-Day Shipping: Quoted at checkout (street address required)

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS, all with delivery confirmation.

One free shipment per order. Split shipments require additional postage.

Address Accuracy

Shipping labels are printed using the address entered at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional postage to reship.

Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Packages

Once a package is shipped, Fort Worth Fabric Studio is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier. We will gladly assist with a carrier claim; however, if Shipping Protection was declined at checkout, any reimbursement is limited to the amount approved and paid by the carrier.

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Shipping Protection is strongly recommended for full coverage against loss, damage, or theft.

Orders not picked up within 8 weeks will be donated.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide!

• Carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL
• Customs fees, VAT, and duties are the customer’s responsibility
• We cannot mark packages as “gifts”
• Some items are not eligible for international shipping

International tracking is available for most destinations. Once a package leaves the U.S., delivery responsibility transfers to the destination carrier.
