Before You Buzz In… (Here’s what you’ll need to know)

Schedule Your Hive Time: Date and time to be coordinated with Clayton at 817-880-2235.

Hive Hangout Length: Your Private Shopping Event lasts 3 hours and includes food, shopping, raffle baskets, 15% off all purchases made that day, and a sweet swag bag for each guest.

Minimum Hive Size: A minimum of 20 shoppers must be present within 30 minutes of your event start time. If fewer attend, we’ll have to cancel — we close our warehouse just for your hive, so it needs to be worthwhile!

Booking the Hive: Your event isn’t officially booked until payment is made in full at least 1 month prior to your event date.

No Cash in the Hive: We can’t accept cash during the event, including for extra raffle tickets — card or digital payment only.

Guest List Roll Call: Please send us your final guest list at least 2 weeks before your event date.

Say Cheese! Photography and video are welcome — please share your buzz on social media!

Hive Security: Purses and bags are checked at the door; we’ll provide special bags for your shopping.

Our Hive’s Memories: Photos taken by our team during the event may be used in our marketing or social media.

Honey Back Guarantee (Sort Of): If you need to cancel more than 2 weeks before your event date, we’ll refund 50% of your payment. Within 2 weeks, payments are non-refundable — since we organize food, swag bags, and staffing well ahead, your hive is already buzzing with plans!
Buzz Alert: By confirming your Private Shopping Event, you agree that Fort Worth Fabric Studio, the organizers and venue are not responsible for any personal injury, lost or damaged items, or other unforeseen issues during the event. We want your hive to buzz happily and safely!
In stock orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.
Pre-order items are not in stock and are estimated to ship to our warehouse during the delivery month(s) listed.
Orders with both in stock & pre-order items are held until the order can ship complete. If you would like split shipments, email us at service@fortworthfabricstudiocom. Additional postage is required for multiple shipments. We will be happy to assist you.
Some items are not eligible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses, and freight intensive items do not qualify for free shipping. This is noted in the product description.
